It is very important that I maintain a safe and confidential environment for all of my clients. All things discussed with me are private. It is your choice to either pay for each appointment as an out-of-pocket expense or by using your health insurance.
Using your health insurance may be convenient, but it also means that I will be asked to label/provide a diagnostic code for a mental disorder, disclose information for periodic review and progress towards treatment goals, and this information may limit the number of sessions you are allowed to have with me. Your information may also be used by your health insurance for other purposes.
I am credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Humana Military (Tricare South), as well as with various EAP’s
Initial Evaluation (60min): $110
Individual 45-50min session: $100
Pre-pay 4 sessions: $360
Sliding Fee Scale: limited availability
All other services: to be determined
